RUNNING PROGRESS

running progress

About a month ago, I posted the announcement that I started running again. Now it’s time to share my progress! I’m running more or less according to the Start to Run program, which is quite easy in the beginning. Therefore, I don’t have unbelievably great data to share with you, but I’m just making sure I don’t get injured by starting off to enthusiastically. In total, I did 12 runs, but today, I’m only sharing the data of the PRs.

Also, there’s some progress when it comes to my weight and bodyfat-/muscle percentages. I think sharing my exact weight goes a little too far, but I’m planning on sharing weight loss and both percentages. Just to get things straight, weight loss in not really the goal though, lowering my bodyfat percentage is. Hope I’ll keep improving so I can show you more results next month!
